Updates from Michael Garron Hospital

Notice as of September 4, 2026 – MGH's Stavro Emergency Department is no longer experiencing flooding due to this week's severe rain storm. The ED remains open and operational for all those seeking care. 

The entrance on Sammon Avenue between Coxwell Avenue and Knight Street is temporarily closed during construction. Patients and visitors should use the main entrance at 825 Coxwell Avenue to enter and exit the hospital. View our campus map.

Crisis Counselling

Outpatient services and crisis outpatient counselling is available Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Referral required.
