This guide was designed to help you prepare for your virtual appointment (or Video eVisit).
At least two days before your appointment, check your e-mail to ensure that you’ve received your appointment (eVisit) invitation.
Desktop / laptop users: You will join your appointment using your web browser. For the best experience, use the Chrome browser.*
Smartphone/Tablet users: Install the "Pexip Infinity Connect" app for iPhone/iPad or Android in your e-mail invitation. You will need to allow access to your microphone and camera.
We recommend that you click the Test Your Device link in the e-mail invitation in advance of your appointment.
Ensure your device's battery is fully charged and not in power saver mode.
