The Paediatric Pre-Operative Assessment Clinic offers virtual phone appointments for paediatric patients who are scheduled for surgery at Michael Garron Hospital (MGH).
Appointments are scheduled for four to five days before a child’s surgery. During these appointments, the care team reviews pre-operative preparation and instructions for the day of the surgery. They also address questions families and caregivers may have regarding their child’s surgery.
