COVID-19 Vaccine: East Toronto Health Partners' COVID-19 Immunization Plan for East Toronto

East Toronto Health Partners (ETHP) has created a COVID-19 Immunization Plan to help community members in East Toronto safely and easily receive the COVID-19 vaccine as soon as eligibility and supply allow.

The Plan includes opening COVID-19 Immunization Clinics in different neighbourhoods in East Toronto. It also includes organizing teams of health care workers who will travel to high-risk settings like seniors’ buildings to deliver vaccines to the people who live and work there and have consented to receiving the vaccine.

As part of the Plan, vaccines will be made available to community members in East Toronto depending on Ontario’s vaccine supply and according to the Ontario government’s COVID-19 Vaccine Implementation Plan.
