Michael Garron Hospital (MGH) is proud to launch its 2025-2035 Strategic Plan: Integrating Care. Bold Impact., which will shape the next decade of transformation at the hospital. The plan represents not just a blueprint for growth, but a promise for a future of hope, progress and excellence in healthcare. 

The new Strategic Plan was shaped through months of extensive engagement with MGH’s community during which over 1,400 touchpoints were made with staff, physicians, volunteers, patients, family members, visitors, community members, neighbours, hospital leaders and many others.  

The new Strategic Plan includes the new vision, purpose, strategic pillars, and values that represent the hospital’s core principles. These are centred on working with our people and community to build a healthcare system that reflects the needs of patients today and anticipates the challenges of tomorrow.
