- Enrollment in a relevant post-secondary program, required. Healthcare or Science related
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong demonstration of tact and diplomacy with a customer service focus
- Expectation of this role encompasses the need to maintain confidentiality with respect to all aspects of the work being performed
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, and prioritize workload
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experien ce with information gathering and the ability to synthesize and summarize information
- Ability to prepare written reports and documents that are clear and concise
- Comfortable working within a team as a leader and/or team member and with stakeholde rs at all levels of the organization
