As of Monday, January 23, 2023, Michael Garron Hospital’s Preoperative Assessment Clinic has moved to T1 in the new Ken and Marilyn Thomson Patient Care Centre. The Thomson Centre is located on MGH’s campus at the corner of Coxwell and Sammon Avenues.
Michael Garron Hospital's (MGH) department of otolaryngology - head and neck surgery, provides medical and surgical services relating to disease of the ear, nose, sinuses, throat, neck and face.
Members of our department have been the recipients of national and University of Toronto teaching awards and have had major roles in otolaryngology- head and neck surgery undergraduate and postgraduate education. There is also a significant interest in health care services research and quality improvement.
Our team of surgeons have completed advanced training at Harvard University, Brown University, Tulane University, Ohio State University and the University of Toronto. Members of our department all hold academic appointments with the University of Toronto, department of otolaryngology - head and neck surgery.
All appointments are scheduled through the referring family physician or other specialists.
